I, Morgana Meadowlight, felt its pull deep in my bones, a familiar ache that always preceded a night of consequence.
My tower room, usually a sanctuary of quiet contemplation, felt claustrophobic. The scent of dried herbs and old parchment did little to soothe the disquiet that had settled upon me like a shroud.
