Chapter 12
Learning the Drum's Language
Elara teaches Kaelen the proper way to beat the drums, not just with his hands, but with his spirit. He learns the rhythm of respect, understanding that each beat carries the village's hopes and history.

"Each strike is a word, a prayer, a story whispered to the ancestors, to the future. It is a conversation, not just a noise."
Kaelen nodded, his gaze fixed on his grandmother’s weathered fingers. He had always seen the drums as mere objects, tools for celebration or ceremony, but never as something that could *feel*. The idea was both strange and a little frightening.
