2. 2A Gilded CageDays bleed into weeks, and the exquisite amulet remains stubbornly unsellable. Harry’s usual clientele either balks at the price he sets or claims it’s too ostentatious. Frustration gnaws at him, but the thought of discarding such a potentially valuable item is unbearable. He decides to take it home, intending to study it further, perhaps find a more discerning buyer online. That night, unsettling occurrences begin: whispers that seem to coil from the shadows, objects shifting when his back is turned, a pervasive chill that has nothing to do with the weather. He attributes these to fatigue, to an overactive imagination fueled by his failed investment, unaware that the amulet has brought a very real, very ancient darkness into his solitary life.
3. 3Echoes of MaliceHarry’s modest apartment transforms into a stage for escalating terror. The subtle disturbances of the previous night morph into palpable assaults. Doors slam shut with violent force, furniture scrapes across the floor as if moved by unseen hands, and the whispers sharpen into guttural snarls that seem to emanate from the very walls. Harry, once dismissive, is now consumed by fear. He catches glimpses of movement in his peripheral vision, a fleeting shadow that vanishes when he turns. The air grows heavy, thick with a malevolent presence that feeds on his growing panic. Sleep offers no respite, plagued by nightmares of suffocating darkness and chilling laughter. Doors refuse to open, windows remain sealed shut no matter how hard he pushes. The house itself seems to conspire against him, its exits sealed by an unseen force, ensuring he cannot escape the amulet’s influence or the entity it contains.
5. 5Silence DeafeningPanic truly sets in as Harry realizes the extent of his isolation. He tries to call friends, family, anyone, but his phone rings endlessly, unanswered. When he frantically pounds on his neighbors’ doors, they remain shut, as if no one is home. His desperate attempts to flee are met with brutal, unseen resistance – a crushing force against the door, a chilling wind that slams it shut, pinning his hand. The entity’s control is absolute. It has orchestrated his entrapment, cutting him off from the outside world. The torment intensifies, the unseen attacks becoming more frequent and vicious, leaving Harry bruised and emotionally shattered, a prisoner in his own home with a tormentor he cannot see or comprehend.
6. 6Consumed by ShadowWeeks have passed, or perhaps mere days; time has lost all meaning for Harry. His once-sharp cynicism has eroded, replaced by a hollow-eyed terror. The relentless psychological and physical assaults have broken him. He no longer fights back, merely endures the torment, his spirit dwindling with each passing hour. The entity, fed by his fear and despair, has grown stronger. Harry sits in his darkened apartment, the amulet a constant, oppressive presence. He understands now, with chilling clarity, that his greed has led him to this irreversible fate. He is no longer Harry Mitchell, pawn shop clerk, but a vessel for the darkness, forever bound to the cursed artifact and the malevolent entity it unleashed upon him.

• The Wrong One

  Malachi loved women. All women. And he was a master at charming women into coming back to his place. Every weekend, Malachi would go out to the club, find a woman that he wants, and charm her pants off. Literally. After Malachi gets the goods, he tells the women that he will definitely call them back, but never does. Malachi prides himself on being the master of the one night stand. One night, he meets a woman in the club named Alexis. Malachi puts on his usual charm, gets Alexis back to his place, and they make love. Malachi gives his usual "promise" of a call. What Malachi didn't know is that Alexis was a demon. A very strong demon. And because Malachi didn't call Alexis back, she shows up out of nowhere every single night at 2:00 a.m., the exact time they made love...... And beats Malachi senseless. Malachi makes so many trips to the hospital, it's a miracle he isn't dead yet. If he doesn't find a way to stop Alexis, she's gonna beat him to death before long. Apologies and begging don't appease Alexis. His only hope is to find a priest named Vito. And have Vito at his house at exactly 2:00 a.m. to perform an exorcism. But there's a chance that after a month of brutal beatings, it might be too late for Malachi. Alexis has plans to send Malachi to hell. With her fists.

A curse was placed upon Evan. So now, everytime Evan lies... He is brutally beaten by an unseen entity. And now, the one time Evan is telling the truth about the attacks, no one believes him. His only hope is to stop lying, or find the witch. But Evan doesn't know, that the witch has no plans of forgiving him.

The reports from the guests and staff of the hotel range from simple hauntings, to inexplicable and terrible deaths. Some say it's a ghost. But most agree that it's a demon, due to the occasional guest getting possessed. But whatever it is has a name: Serena. Darren and his team finally find an anomaly that just might be real. But, this investigation might just leave them scarred for life. Or dead. The entity known as Serena will push Darren and his team to the most horrific limits. May God be with them.
