Chapter 12
Eldrin's Legacy
Kaelen discovers remnants of Eldrin's experiments. These forgotten alchemical wonders hold clues to the world's balance and Kaelen's own potential.
Dust motes danced in the slivers of light that pierced the gloom of the forgotten laboratory. Cobwebs, thick as shrouds, clung to the stone walls, whispering secrets of long-dead artisans. Mortars and pestles, worn smooth by countless grindings, sat beside intricately carved spatulas and delicate glass stirring rods. And everywhere, the scrolls. Rolled parchment, brittle with age, tied with faded ribbons, promising knowledge that had lain dormant for centuries.
