The air in Mark’s cramped apartment still hummed with the residual energy of the summoning. Outside, the sun was a reluctant guest, peeking through the smog-tinged sky, but inside, a different kind of dawn was breaking – a spectral one. The Fitness Ghost, all shimmering energy and impossibly sharp angles, stood before him, her form coalescing from the very dust motes dancing in the weak light. She was a vision of pure, unadulterated athleticism, every line of her spectral body screaming power and discipline. And Mark? Mark was still in his pajamas, a half-eaten bowl of cereal precariously balanced on his lap.

"This," the Ghost declared, her voice a resonant echo that seemed to vibrate in Mark’s bones, "is where the transformation begins. Every fiber of your being will be honed. Every ounce of potential unlocked." She gestured with a hand that left trails of faint luminescence. "Today, we start with the fundamentals. Agility drills. Endurance sprints. Core strengthening. Are you ready, Mark?"

Mark blinked, the bright spectral glow making his eyes water. "Uh, yeah. Ready as I'll ever be, I guess." He shifted, the plastic spoon scraping against the ceramic bowl. "Just… maybe we could ease into it? I didn't get a lot of sleep last night. All that… summoning stuff, you know?"
