Chapter 5
Celestial Majesty
Elias contemplates the glory of God in creation and the exalted place of humanity. He marvels at the divine design, finding wonder in the heavens and man's dominion.
The vast expanse of the night sky, a tapestry woven with threads of starlight, unfurled above Elias Thorne like an ancient scroll. He sat on a dew-kissed knoll, the cool earth a comforting presence beneath him, his gaze lost in the shimmering immensity. The sheer audacity of it, that the Creator of such boundless beauty would also fashion the fragile substance of man.
His thoughts drifted to the verses he had been poring over, the profound question posed by the Psalmist: *What is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you visit him?* Elias had often pondered this, feeling the weight of his own imperfections, the secret transgressions that clung to him like a shroud. Yet, here, under the silent witness of the cosmos, a different perspective began to dawn.
