King Theron, his face a mask of righteous indignation, stood before his assembled court, his voice a resonant thunder that shook the very foundations of the hall. Sunlight, usually a gentle caress in this kingdom, seemed to sharpen its edges, glinting off the polished armor of his guards and the stern faces of his advisors. These Lunaran dogs, these creatures of shadow and deceit, have crossed a line that can never be uncrossed.” His fist slammed down on the armrest of his throne, a sound that echoed the unspoken violence in his heart. “Our honor, forged in the fires of our ancestors, has been stained. Our people, our sacred homeland, have been defiled.”

The murmurs of agreement rippled through the hall, a chorus of righteous anger. Elara, standing a respectful distance behind her father, felt a cold dread seep into her veins.
