Mia realizes the footprints aren't heading towards Mr. Grumbles' shop, but rather towards the local park. Sam's energy is renewed as they follow the trail of prints. Leo uses his keen eyes to track the path, feeling closer to solving the mystery.

The air in Mr. Fitzwilliam’s shop usually hummed with the sweet scent of spun sugar and chocolate, a symphony of sugary delights. But today, a discordant note of worry had settled over the usual cheerful atmosphere. The grand, towering lollipop, a masterpiece of swirling colours and glistening glaze, was gone. Vanished. Poof! Leo, Mia, and Sam stood where the magnificent confection usually resided, a gaping, empty space on its velvet pedestal.

“It’s like a giant hole in my tummy,” Sam mumbled, his usual bouncy enthusiasm deflated. He kicked at an invisible pebble on the checkered floor.

Mia, ever the pragmatist, was already on her hands and knees, her sharp eyes scanning the floorboards. “We need to be logical about this, Leo. Where could it have gone?” She pointed a slender finger towards the door. “Did anyone see anything suspicious leaving the shop?”
