Chapter 5
The Archivist's Gaze
Elara encounters the enigmatic Archivist, a wise figure who seems to understand her struggle. They offer a glimpse into a different perspective, a keeper of lost narratives.
The air in the quiet corner of the library, where the dust motes danced in the slivers of sunlight, felt thicker, somehow. There was an aura about them, a stillness that drew me in, like a moth to a flame.
I must have stood there for a moment too long, lost in my own observation, because a gentle smile touched their lips. "You've found your way," they said, their voice a low, melodious hum that seemed to resonate within the very walls of the room. "The echo has led you to the keeper of whispers."
