Chapter 6

Elara wakes to find the sapling has grown and the feather humming. She visits the Old Oak, where she encounters a child who asks about the poem. Through their conversation, Elara realizes that curiosity consumes time in a way that makes it feel infinite, and that 'when time permits' is an invitation to let curiosity lead. She writes a new poem that captures this understanding.
