“The DNA,” Miller began, his voice low but clear, cutting through the oppressive quiet, “it matches. Phillip’s DNA… it’s a definitive match to the samples found at the scenes. Not just one scene, but multiple.” He paused, letting the weight of his words settle. “The victims… they weren’t just strangers, Phillip. Some of them were… close.”
