The sun climbed higher, bathing the meadow in its golden light, but the pups’ hearts still hummed with the moon’s melody. Luna, Sol, and Stella, their bellies full of sleep and wonder, tumbled out of the den, their yawns stretching wide. They looked at each other, their eyes bright with shared memories of the night. Sol, ever the playful one, nudged Luna with his nose. "Did you hear it? The moon's song!" he yipped, a happy bounce in his step. Luna nodded, a soft smile gracing her muzzle. "It was beautiful," she whispered, her gaze drifting upwards as if searching for the departed orb. Stella, usually a little shy, let out a small, contented sigh. "It made me feel so safe," she murmured, nuzzling against Luna. As if in response to their waking thoughts, a soft, almost imperceptible hum seemed to echo from the very air around them, a faint, lingering resonance of the celestial lullaby. It was a whisper of the night, a gentle reminder of the magic they had witnessed, and a promise that the moon’s song, though now silent to the ear, would forever echo in their hearts.
