Chapter 10
Chapter 10
Anya and her allies prepare for the Council hearing in three days. They strategize with Morgana, Seraphina, and Mara, who reveal how the Moon-Blood Prophecy can be used as evidence. Lyrael agrees to testify but warns that Vespera will stack the hearing. Jena and Selena discover the blood-sickness can only be healed by mixing vampire and hybrid blood, a biological proof of unity. Korvus is in custody, and Anya attempts to reach him through shared grief. "You'll catch a chill."
