Right, so they called me Ninja Man. Me! Omar Diamondz, straight out of the barber's chair and into the annals of prison legend. Seventy-five hundred souls packed into that concrete jungle, and every last one of them, or so it felt, had witnessed the spectacle. They'd never seen anything like it. This hulking brute, this self-proclaimed cage fighter, built like a brick outhouse with a brain to match, decides he’s going to take me down. Ripping his top off like some discount Hulk, roaring about how he’s gonna end me. And me? I’m just standing there, cool as a cucumber, contemplating the existential dread of a slightly uneven fade.

He comes charging, all muscle and misplaced aggression. I’d seen it a million times, the predictable rush, the wild swing. But this time, something was different. Maybe it was the sheer audacity of his threat, or maybe it was the way the canteen supervisor, a bloke named Kev who’d always been a bit too fond of my trimming skills, had just nodded at me, a silent ‘go get ‘em, champ.’ Whatever it was, my feet just moved. A sidewinder’s shuffle, a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it sidestep. He barrels past, a blur of misplaced fury, and before he can even register that he’s missed, I’m already on him. A quick jab, a sharp elbow, and he’s doing a rather ungraceful somersault. Three times. Three *times*, mind you, all while he’s running forward. It was like watching a poorly choreographed slapstick routine, only with more grunting.

The crowd, the 750 inmates who’d gathered to see the show, erupted. Cheers, whistles, the whole nine yards. They weren’t just cheering for a fight; they were cheering for justice. This guy, this self-appointed king of the wing, had been terrorizing people for months. Blackmailing their families, stealing their canteen money, making them call home and beg for cash to top up his phone credit. Nasty stuff. And now, he was lying on the floor, crying for his mum, begging the very people he’d tormented to stop. It was a sight, I tell you. A real testament to the fact that sometimes, the biggest bullies are just overgrown babies with anger issues.
