It is a tapestry woven with threads of progress and… peril.” I felt the weight of our existence press upon me, a burden heavier than the centuries of slumber. The prophecy, a whisper on the wind when we first stirred, now seemed to gather strength, its foreboding tones resonating in the very air we breathed.
