The Jelly's Secret
They find a hidden grove filled with more magical jelly. Pip learns he can choose his form. The jelly isn't evil, just different. Pip must decide if he wants to be a normal hamster again or embrace his unique, wobbly, blue self.
The air in the grove hummed with a strange, sweet energy, like a thousand tiny bells ringing just beyond my hearing. It smelled like sunshine and dew-kissed berries, and all around us, nestled amongst mossy rocks and ancient roots, were shimmering, wobbly mounds of jelly. They pulsed with a soft, internal light, the same light that had drawn me to that first, fateful blob. My heart did a little jiggly bounce inside my chest, a sensation that was becoming all too familiar.
“Wow,” Squeaky whispered, her fur practically standing on end, not from fear this time, but from awe. Even Bumble, usually so composed, let out a slow, rumbling sigh.
“Remarkable,” he murmured, his large eyes surveying the dazzling display. “The source. This is indeed the source.”
