Chapter 10
Understanding, Not Erasing
Elara begins to understand the roots of her grief. The shadowy figures soften, their menace receding as she accepts the reality of her past experiences.
The air in the Realm of Echoes hummed with a new resonance, no longer a discordant thrum of sorrow but a softer melody, tinged with acceptance. They were not enemies to be vanquished, but fragments of her own story, pieces of a past that had shaped her, but did not define her entirely.
“They were never meant to harm you,” the Guardian’s voice, a soft current beneath the surface of her thoughts, seemed to say. “They were simply manifestations of what you refused to face.”
