Now, standing before the Queen of the Clouds, a figure as majestic and soft as a thunderhead on a summer’s eve, Elara felt a familiar flutter of anticipation mixed with a touch of apprehension. The Queen’s eyes, the colour of a twilight sky, held a gentle wisdom that put Elara at ease.
“You have shown courage, little one,” the Queen’s voice was like the rustle of silk, “and a spirit that dances with the wind. But this next task… this next task requires a different kind of strength. It asks you to weave with threads that are unseen, to touch the very fabric of dreams.”
Elara’s brow furrowed slightly. “Dreams, Your Majesty?”
