When they were nearing the end of the engagement party in my game to talk to bright bright was annoyed but Claire so didn't talk to him she just siad are baby needs an uncle then they want to talk than another fight happened this one longer and longer and longer until clear comes and stops the fight slaps me across the face slaps bright across the face and tells us to stop being childish then growns on her belly hurts then screams he's kicking
The clinking of glasses and the murmur of congratulatory voices began to fade as the engagement party wound down. Eli scanned the room, his gaze landing on Bright, who was deep in conversation with their Uncle Silas. A knot of resentment tightened in Eli’s chest. He pushed through the remaining guests, his mind a storm of unspoken accusations. He reached Bright’s side, a forced smile plastered on his face.
“Bright,” Eli began, his voice a little too loud.
Bright turned, his expression shifting from genial to weary. “Eli. I thought you’d be long gone.”
