Faith the Size of a Mustard Seed

My faith, it’s like a tiny little mustard seed. You know those tiny seeds? The ones you can barely see? Well, my faith started out like that. It was so small, I sometimes wondered if God even noticed it. But then, I remembered what my teacher, Mrs. Gable, told us. She said that even the smallest mustard seed can grow into a big, strong plant. And that’s exactly what God does with our faith! He takes our little bits of faith, the ones that feel like they’re just a whisper, and he makes them HUGE.
One day, I was feeling a little bit wobbly. You know those days when your tummy feels like it’s full of butterflies that are having a dance party? That was me. I had a doctor’s appointment, and sometimes, doctor’s appointments make those butterflies do extra fancy flips. My doctor, Dr. Evans, is super nice, but sometimes she has to tell me things that make me a little bit sad. She says I have to take it easy sometimes because of my Turner syndrome. It’s like my body is a special recipe, and some ingredients are a little bit different.
So, I was sitting in the waiting room, and I was trying to be brave. I was looking at all the colorful pictures on the walls, and I was humming my favorite song, the one I made up about dancing with unicorns. But those butterflies? They were still doing their flip-flops. And I thought, “What if my faith is too small? What if God can’t hear me when
