The last shimmer of starlight danced on Luna’s wings, a gentle cascade of amethyst and deep sapphire. The Moonbeam Forest had settled into a hushed reverence, its ancient trees breathing softly in the twilight. Barnaby Bear, his fur still faintly aglow from his moonlit escapades, yawned a wide, sleepy yawn, his little paws tucked contentedly beneath him. Even Sparky the dragon, usually a flurry of well-meaning but clumsy enthusiasm, was curled into a warm, rumbling ball beside a moss-covered log, his scales emitting a soft, comforting heat. Whisper the unicorn, her horn now a pale, luminous beacon, stood nearby, her eyes like pools of liquid moonlight, reflecting the peace that had settled over them.
