Chapter 9
The Crystal Labyrinth
A magical labyrinth of shifting crystals tests the Starfallen’s unity and trust. Illusions and traps challenge their resolve, forcing them to rely on each other to navigate its treacherous paths.
The air within the Crystal Labyrinth shimmered, not with heat, but with a vibrant, almost palpable magic. Towering walls of crystalline facets rose around Kaelen, Elara, and Borin, each surface reflecting a distorted, fragmented image of their surroundings. He could feel the subtle thrum of the Starfall within him, a faint pulse that resonated with the magic of this place, but it offered no clear direction, only a sense of unease. It was as if the star itself was being tested, its own essence mirrored and warped by the labyrinth’s illusions.
