Yet, even Vaeltharion’s composure seemed strained, his brow furrowed with an intensity that belied his usual placidity.

They stood at the precipice of the Whispering Falls, a place where the very essence of the world seemed to weep secrets into the churning mist below. The water, a cascade of liquid moonlight, fell into a chasm of perpetual twilight, its descent marked by ethereal chimes that seemed to carry fragments of forgotten songs. Elder Lyra, her face etched with the wisdom of ages, stood a respectful distance away, her gaze fixed on the brothers. She had brought them here, not for counsel this time, but for a revelation.

"The prophecy speaks of a Monarch," Lyra’s voice, though soft, carried the weight of ancient pronouncements, "one who will weave shadows into the very fabric of existence, extinguishing the light and ushering in an age of eternal twilight."
