The air in the convention hall crackled, not just with the hum of a thousand electronic devices, but with a tangible energy that pulsed from our little corner. It was the Glow-Bot’s corner, and it was electric. I watched, my heart thrumming a frantic rhythm against my ribs, as the crowd swarmed. They weren’t just looking; they were touching, interacting, their faces alight with wonder. The little bots, each programmed with a unique personality, danced across the demo tables, their soft glows painting the faces of children and adults alike. It was everything I’d dreamed of.
