The air within the crumbling chamber was thick with the dust of forgotten ages, a palpable silence that pressed in on Angelo from all sides. He ran a gloved hand over the cool, rough stone of the wall, his torchlight dancing across intricate carvings that seemed to writhe with a life of their own. For days he had pushed through the suffocating embrace of the jungle, his body aching, his resolve tested at every turn, all for this – the heart of the ancient ruins, the place where the legend of the Sunstone was etched into eternity.

The accompanying glyphs, though weathered by time, spoke of a guardian, a creature of immense power tasked with judging the hearts of those who dared to seek the Sunstone.
