Chapter 4
The Ghost in the Machine
Seeking allies, Anya finds Silas 'Ghost' Vance, a cynical hacker. He leads a collective distrustful of authority, but Anya's conviction and the Oracle's threat convince him to offer his unique skills.

The address on her datapad led her to a nondescript, graffiti-scarred door that looked like it hadn't seen a coat of paint since the last digital revolution. A single, pulsing green light flickered above it, a silent invitation or a warning, she couldn’t tell. Taking a deep breath, Anya pushed the door open.
