Chapter 9

Chapter 9: The Unwritten Garden

The speaker and Dusk step through the new door into a garden of unwritten stories, where they encounter a library of blank books and meet a figure who tends the garden. The speaker learns that every story is a seed, and the act of writing is an act of becoming. They plant the seed from the field and watch it grow into a tree bearing the word 'Hello.' The chapter ends with the speaker realizing that the garden itself is the next threshold, and that they must write their way forward.
