Chapter 7
The Steed of Light
The Lumina Steed appears not as a horse, but as pure, radiant light. It communicates telepathically, its presence both awe-inspiring and humbling. It acknowledges their arrival.
The air thrummed with an expectant silence, a hushed reverence that settled over the three adventurers like a freshly fallen snowfall. They stood at the precipice of a vast, shimmering expanse, a place where the very fabric of reality seemed to fray and reweave itself in patterns of impossible beauty. His usual bravado seemed to drain away, replaced by a raw, unadulterated awe. He had faced beasts of the ice, navigated treacherous crevasses, and braved storms that would have broken lesser men, but this… this was beyond any physical challenge he had ever encountered. It was a challenge to the very soul.
