First Glimpse of the Unseen

The world outside had transformed. What was once a familiar tapestry of green fields and sturdy oaks, now lay swathed in a hushed, white blanket. Snow, deep and soft, muffled the usual sounds of their small town, lending an almost sacred silence to the air.
