7. 7A Most Unflattering HumiliationLily is forced into the itchy, ill-fitting clothes. She feels ridiculous and exposed, a far cry from the magnificent queen she imagined. The other guests whisper and giggle, and Lily's face burns with shame.
8. 8The Mirror's Harsh TruthStaring at her reflection, Lily sees not a queen, but a silly girl in silly clothes. The discomfort and humiliation force her to confront her actions. The shiny crown feels heavy and wrong.
