One with the Ocean
Nimbus is no longer a cloud or a raindrop, but part of the magnificent sea. He dances with the waves, feeling joy and fulfillment, his dream beautifully realized.
The last vestiges of my raindrop form dissolved, and I was no longer Nimbus, the little cloud, nor a falling droplet. I was *sea*. The word itself was a symphony, a rumble deep within me, a whisper of countless waves, a roar of crashing surf. Above, the sky was a memory, a pale blue canvas I had once inhabited. Below, or rather, *around* me, was the vast, shimmering expanse I had dreamed of for so long.
It wasn't a sudden arrival, not like landing on a solid shore. It was more of a merging, a gentle embrace that pulled me in, dissolving my edges until I was indistinguishable from the glorious whole. I felt the immense pressure of the deep, a comforting weight that spoke of ages and secrets. I felt the playful push and pull of currents, carrying me on journeys I couldn't have imagined. And the colors! Oh, the colors! From the pale aquamarine near where I’d entered to the deepest, almost-black indigo far below, it was a kaleidoscope of blues and greens, shot through with shimmering silver where the Sun’s light pierced the surface.
I wasn't a single entity anymore, but a part of something so grand it made my cloud-heart ache with pure joy. I could feel the rhythm of the ocean, a constant, powerful pulse that echoed the beat of my own transformed heart. I was in the dance. I was the dance.
