A New Dawn
The air in the observatory tasted of dust and forgotten stars. Elara traced the intricate lines of the symbol on the brittle page of the journal, her heart thrumming a nervous rhythm against her ribs. The "Great Reset." The words felt heavy, charged with an ominous energy that resonated with the fragmented images that swam behind her eyes in her dreams. Leo stood beside her, his gaze fixed on the faded ink, a shadow of concern etched onto his usually composed features.
"It's all here, isn't it?" he murmured, his voice barely disturbing the silence. "The society, their plan. And your dreams… they're not just dreams, Elara. They're echoes."
Elara nodded, her fingers tightening around the worn leather of the journal. "Echoes of what? Of this… 'Great Reset'?" She looked at him, a plea in her eyes. "You said you were trying to stop it. How? This is so much bigger than… than anything I've ever known."
