Chapter 6
Whispers in the Halls
The trio dives into rigorous creature biology classes and sparring. Tensions simmer between Julian and the suite dwellers as Kale fights his inner demons.

And even more so to study post-mortem.”
Kale felt a familiar prickle of unease. The word “contain” echoed the terrifying reality of his own existence, the entity coiling within him, a constant, simmering threat. He clenched his fists under the table, focusing on the intricate diagrams of the Gnasher’s skeletal structure. Rowan, sensing his discomfort, nudged him subtly with his elbow.
