Elara traced the symbols with a fingertip, her brow furrowed in concentration. The prophecy. It was real, a tangible weight in the hushed silence, yet its meaning remained frustratingly out of reach.

“It’s like a language I’ve never seen before,” she murmured, her voice a soft whisper that seemed to disturb the very stillness of the room. “Even my most obscure historical texts don’t have anything like this.”

Kael stood a few paces away, his arms crossed, his gaze fixed on the intricate carvings. He had guided her here, his knowledge of Trakai’s hidden heart proving as vast as the castle itself. Yet, even he seemed stumped by the cryptic words.
