The skirmish had been fierce, a whirlwind of whispers and subtle nudges that had left the young believer, Sarah, feeling utterly drained. She’d been so sure of her footing, so confident in the breastplate of righteousness she’d carefully fastened just days before. Yet, a gnawing doubt, a tiny seed of discontent, had taken root in the fertile ground of her exhaustion. It wasn’t a thunderous accusation, but a quiet, insidious suggestion: *Was she really doing enough? And we’ve donned the breastplate of righteousness, a shield for our hearts, protecting us from the enemy’s accusations and ensuring our integrity before God.” He paused, letting the truth of their progress sink in. “But even with the strongest defense for your core, you need to be able to stand firm and move effectively. You need the right footwear for this spiritual battlefield.”
