Miss Lily beamed at the eager faces of Baby Blue, Russo, Teddy, and their new friend Jared. The curator, Dr. Albright, had orchestrated a wonderfully hands-on finale to their museum adventure. They were in a special room, set up like a miniature archeological dig site, complete with brushes, trowels, and buckets of sand hiding "fossils."

"Alright, everyone!" Miss Lily announced, her voice bright and encouraging. "Dr. Albright and I have one more surprise for you. We can pretend that we are digging for fossils, just like real paleontologists!"

A chorus of excited yips and happy barks filled the room. Blaze, Archie, and Robert, who had joined them for the latter part of the day, wiggled with anticipation.
