Pixel's Peculiar Path
Pixel, trying to 'help,' accidentally reveals the correct path by 'tripping' over a hidden mechanism, much to everyone's surprise.
The air in the abandoned observatory hung thick with the scent of dust and forgotten dreams. Moonlight streamed through the shattered dome, painting shifting, spectral patterns on the decaying floorboards. Mia, Leo, Sam, and Zoe huddled around the explorer's notebook, its pages still stubbornly blank save for the first cryptic symbol. They had followed the riddle of the river, a quest that had led them here, to this silent guardian of the stars.
"So, the river's riddle led us to a place that used to point at the stars?" Mia mused, her brow furrowed in concentration. "It feels like we're missing a piece of the puzzle, doesn't it?"
Leo, ever the optimist, was already fiddling with a device he’d cobbled together from old radio parts and a repurposed toaster. "Don't worry, Mia! My new 'Cosmic Compass' will sort it out. It’s designed to pick up residual celestial energy. Probably."
