The air in the abandoned shack hung heavy and still, thick with the scent of damp earth and forgotten things. Dust motes danced in the slivers of light that pierced the grimy windows, illuminating the cobweb-draped corners. Lily, her brow furrowed in concentration, ran a finger over a faded sketch on the wall – a crude drawing of a stage, a spotlight, and a figure vanishing into thin air. He carefully nudged aside a sack, revealing a small, metallic glint. It was a small, black object, no bigger than a coin, attached to the wall with a tiny screw. "Bingo," Sam whispered, a grin spreading across his face.
