The Great Yarn Hunt
Mary and Luna decide to find the runaway pets. They call out for Snowy and Starry, following the tangled yarn trail. Where could those mischievous furballs have gone?
My heart did a little flip-flop, like a tiny fish jumping in a pond, when the doorbell rang. It was Luna! I practically flew to the door, my short black hair bouncing with excitement. Standing on my porch, with her long brown hair and bright blue eyes, was Luna, and right beside her, looking like fluffy clouds, were Snowy and Starry! Snowy, with his sleek white fur, looked regal, and little Starry, a ball of pure kitten energy, was already wiggling with anticipation.
"Luna!" I squealed, throwing my arms around her.
"Mary!" she giggled, hugging me back. "We're here! And guess who's ready for an adventure?"
