Eater Boy feels stronger and healthier than ever after ditching meat. He experiments with vibrant vegetarian recipes, transforming everyday produce into culinary masterpieces.
Eater Boy stretched, a full-body yawn that threatened to unhinge his jaw. Sunlight, the cheerful, buttery kind that promised a good day, streamed through his window. He wiggled his toes, then his fingers. A lightness, a bouncy energy he’d never felt before, hummed through him. It was marvelous. Absolutely, positively, gloriously marvelous. Gone was the leaden feeling, the constant gnawing ache that had driven him to, well, to eat buildings. This was different. This was… *well*.
He bounded out of bed, not with the usual desperate lunge towards the kitchen, but with a spring in his step. Breakfast! The word itself used to be a warning sign, a prelude to an all-out culinary assault. Now, it was an invitation to create. He tiptoed (a new skill he’d discovered, along with not constantly needing to consume entire bakeries) to Professor Pip Parsnip’s greenhouse, a wild tangle of emerald leaves and impossibly vibrant flowers just down the lane. The door creaked open, and Professor Pip, spectacles perched precariously on their nose, looked up from a particularly fuzzy-looking beet.
“Ah, Eater Boy! Early riser, I see!” Professor Pip chirped, their voice a delightful blend of rustling leaves and bubbling potions. “Come to inspect the latest growth spurt of the Giggleberry Bush?”
