They face off against the goblin ambush and while they are weakened, Keal kills Roric, and Keal reveals that he has had a irresistible urge for vengeance ever since Roric failed to protect him and his family from a dragon attack. They fight and Bowen manages to kill him. They arrive at the dragons den and face off against the beast. With a little teamwork from Gage and Hope, the dragon is defeated. Gage confesses his feelings to her and she admits she feels the same way, and then they kiss. This is a world without magic. The chapters will not be longer than 1500 words, and keep the story moving, don’t just repeat the same scene over and over in each chapter.
