Chapter 5
A Trail of Scraps
Following a hunch, Tara and Sam find a trail of small, metallic scraps leading away from a sign. It's a clue to the mysterious letter thief.
The wind, usually a playful whisper through the town's leafy avenues, seemed to sigh with a kind of weary confusion. Tara knelt, her fingers tracing the faint abrasion. It was indeed odd. Not a scuff, not a scrape, but something… precise. Like a tiny, sharp tool had dragged across the concrete. "It's like a little metal trail," she murmured, her adventurer's spirit tingling. This was more than just misplaced letters; it was a mystery with a physical, tangible clue.
