Chapter 4
The Chase Begins
A chilling presence, a shadowy figure of pure regret, begins to pursue Elara. Its form warps and writhes, fueled by something dark and menacing from her past.

A flicker in my peripheral vision. It wasn't just a sound anymore. It was a shape. A swirling, inky darkness that seemed to drink the light from the very air. It writhed and twisted, not like smoke, but like something alive, something hungry. It had no face, no limbs I could clearly define, yet I felt its gaze, a cold, piercing stare that felt like it was looking right into my secret places.
