Chapter 5
The Prophecy of the Crystal
The Seer, shrouded in mystery, gazes into the future. They reveal a cryptic prophecy: the cursed red crystal, the source of their torment, holds the key to their salvation. It must be returned to the earth.

Captain Red Eye stepped forward, her crimson coat, usually a beacon of her vibrant spirit, felt heavy, almost like a shroud. "We do, Seer. We… we disappear. Like smoke. And then we return, but not quite ourselves. Something is missing." Her voice, usually so commanding, was laced with a desperate edge. She looked at her crew, their faces etched with the same bewilderment and fear that mirrored her own.
