Chapter 8

Alex must venture through a dimension designed to test their courage and intellect against Thorne's sabotage. Using wit and courage, Alex overcomes obstacles, proving their growing mastery over the artifact's power.
The air in the new dimension thrummed with a barely perceptible tremor, a low-frequency hum that resonated not just in Alex’s ears, but deep within their bones. This was a dimension designed to test, to push, to break. And Alex knew, with a cold knot of certainty, that Thorne had seeded it with traps.
