Outside the grand windows of the library, where Princess Nevera had retreated with Master Eldrin, the sky was a bruised, swirling canvas of impossible hues. Emerald greens bled into violent violets, streaks of molten gold warring with the deepest indigo. It was a spectacle of terrifying beauty, a prelude to the chaos that had begun to spill from the pages of ancient prophecies.

“It’s happening, isn’t it?” Nevera’s voice was barely a whisper, lost in the rising wind that clawed at the castle walls. Her hands, usually steady, trembled as she traced the faded script of the scroll spread between them. The ‘Elemental Fury’ the prophecy spoke of was no longer an abstract concept; it was a tangible force, pressing in on them from all sides.

Master Eldrin, his face a mask of grave concern, nodded slowly. His eyes, ancient and knowing, were fixed on the roiling sky. “The Goddess of the Rainbow has arrived, Princess. And with her, the world trembles.” His voice was raspy, like dry leaves skittering across stone. He had spoken of this day, of the cyclical upheaval, but the reality was far more potent, far more terrifying than mere words could convey.
