Chapter 6: The Silence Between the Lines

Eliza sits in the hidden room beneath the theatre, facing a blank book and a note instructing her to write a story without words. As the ticking of an unseen clock grows louder, she realizes she must draw her silent tale. She sketches the journey from the clock tower to the theatre, using pauses and empty spaces to convey meaning. The drawings come alive with a faint glow, and the ticking stops. The keeper's voice calls her back upstairs, where she learns that the book is the heart of the theatre and that the full moon will bring a final confrontation with the silence that binds the audience.
