Chapter 21
The Weight of the Proposal
Danguole and the Practical Idealists gather at the café to discuss Councilwoman Petraitytė's offer of a larger grant for a mental health initiative. The group debates the implications of increased oversight and responsibility. Danguole struggles with the fear of losing their grassroots spirit.
