A Betrayal Unveiled
Lyra's true allegiance is revealed as she secretly feeds information to Lord Valerius. Her manipulation of Randy becomes clear, leading to a dangerous confrontation.
The air in the Grand Library of Eldoria was usually thick with the scent of ancient parchment and dried ink, a comforting aroma that spoke of countless hours spent poring over forgotten lore. She had a knack for spotting connections I missed, for weaving disparate threads of information into a more coherent tapestry. It was she who had pointed me toward this particular section, a dusty alcove dedicated to the lesser-known dynasties of the magic kingdom.
