Chapter 6: The Six Shadows
Jaxson and Henderson arrive at Alcatraz under cover of night, only to be ambushed by six highly skilled ninja warriors recruited by the Overlord. The team fights through the ninja, using teamwork and newly honed abilities, but Jaxson senses the Overlord's psychological manipulation. They manage to defeat the ninja but are left exhausted and wary of the greater threat ahead.
The night air was thick with salt and tension as Jaxson and Mr. Henderson approached Alcatraz Island in a small, silent boat. The fog had rolled back in, cloaking the island in a shroud of gray mist. The only sound was the gentle lapping of water against the hull and the distant hum of machinery from the island's heart.
Jaxson’s hands trembled, not from cold, but from the weight of what lay ahead. He clutched the locket his grandmother had given him, its faint warmth a reminder of her words: "Trust your heart."
Henderson, seated at the bow, scanned the island with a practiced eye. "The spire is on the eastern side. Marcus will have guards, but I didn't expect an army. According to Rossi's intel, there are dozens of humanoid figures—but we don't know their capabilities."
